Inspiration
The songs are either scriptures set to music, scripturally based or from a life experience, such as Heal Them All that was an intercessory prayer song I sang ad lib in a hospital chapel as my heart went out to everyone there while I waited for
my best friend to go through testing.
The title song is about Mary and Martha, the sisters of Lazarus, and choosing what matters.
Psalm 91, 93 and In the Name of Jesus are pretty much straight Scripture, and both comforting and challenging.
Abide is Jesus’ admonition to his disciples and us to stay close to our Heavenly Father.
Keep Me Ever Near is a prayer song to The Holy Spirit.
And Come, Lord Jesus is a heart cry from all of us who love Him and look for His appearing.
Father of Lights reveals the heart of our Father. An interesting side note: I originally had this album arranged for Debbie Boone to sing back in 1994, but never discovered how to contact her!
